Drawn By Her: Stories from WA Women Illustrators

The Literature Centre, Paperbird, and the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators proudly present Drawn By Her, an exhibition showcasing the remarkable talent and diversity of Western Australian picture book women illustrators.

This exhibition features works from both emerging and established artists, highlighting a wide range of styles and techniques. From traditional to digital, the illustrations on display offer a captivating exploration of storytelling, emotions, and inspiration.

The exhibition will showcase the works of Ancy Davis, Briony Stewart, Brooke Bobridge, Cherie Dignam, Diana van der Harst, Ebony Frost, Frané Lessac, Guundie Kuchling, Janice Law, Jodie Davidson, Karen Blair, Kelly Canby, Leanne Zilm, Moira Court, Neda Mei Shun Loh, Nina Dakin, Rachael Robertson, Rebecca J Palmer, Rebecca Mills, Renee Treml, Ruth de Vos, Sadie James, Samantha Hughes, Susan Joy Lu, and Wendy Binks.

Moores Building Art Space

The exhibition will be open to the public from October 22rd to November 3rd at The Moores Building Art Space, 46 Henry Street, Fremantle WA 6160. Open Daily: 10AM to 3PM, free entry.

Parking

Free 30-minute parking is available on High Street, bordering Henry Street. Paid parking is available on Henry Street and the surrounding streets.

Public Transport

The Moores Building is a 10-minute walk from Fremantle Train Station.
