Dream Banner Community Workshop with Paul Walker
Saturday 17 October 2026
10.30am - 3.30pm
Grafton Regional Gallery
FREE EVENT | Bookings appreciated.
Part workshop, part experiment, RestLab is a space to rest, dream and create together.
Guided by local artist-facilitators, participants are invited to slow down, connect through creativity and explore what rest can look like in contemporary life. Through somatic movement, imagination activities and collaborative textile making, the day offers an opportunity to engage with creativity from a place of rest and attention.
Throughout the day, participants will contribute to a collective Dream Banner using reclaimed textiles, with ideas, stories and reflections becoming part of a unique artwork for the FORT REST exhibition. Rather than focusing on a polished final product, the emphasis is on process and the experience of making together.
Artist Facilitators
● Jade Dewi Tyas Tunggal – Somatic Movement
● Claudie Frock – Textile Art
● Paul Walker – Imagination
A full workshop schedule and additional event information will be shared closer to the date.
