Dreams2Live4 2025 Corporate Charity Lunch With Ariarne Titmus
Event description
Do not miss this incredible opportunity to hear from Ariarne Titmus, who has emerged as one of the world's best female middle-distance swimmers - making waves on her Olympic debut at Tokyo 2020.
Ariarne will be joining renowned host Peter Overton for an intimate and entertaining discussion at the annual Dreams2Live4 lunch at Doltone House Darling Island Wharf in Sydney.
Hailing from Tasmania, Titmus marked her arrival on the global stage in 2018 with multiple gold medals and a silver in events at the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games. That same year, she set a new women's short-course 400m freestyle world record.
Her big breakthrough came at the 2019 World Championships. Ariarne took gold in the 400m freestyle, ending Katie Ledecky's six-year unbeaten run in the event. Titmus added silver in the 200m freestyle and bronze in the 800m freestyle before guiding Australia to the team victory in the women's 4x200m freestyle relay.
At the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, she beat Ledecky again in one of the most highly-anticipated meetings of the Games.
Ariarne added another four Olympic medals to her tally in Paris 2024, highlighted by her successful defence of the 400m freestyle Olympic title.
We are grateful to Ariarne and Peter for giving their time to proudly support the work of Dreams2Live4, the only Australian charity making dreams come true for people 17 years and older who are living with advanced cancer.
