DREAMS Fleetwood Mac and Stevie Nicks Show at The Murrah Hall
Event description
DREAMS – Back to Origins Tour
Celebrating the 10th Year of DREAMS
An Iconic Reunion, A Decade of Tribute
In 2016, DREAMS was born from a simple love of the music of Fleetwood Mac. Now, as the show celebrates a decade of touring, the heart of the original band is back together to mark this milestone in true style.
And where else could DREAMS go but to The Murrah Hall. Wayne has been playing the Hall since his TRIPLE ENTENTE days in the early 80's and DREAMS played 2 of our first-ever shows at the Murrah. In 2022, Wayne led a reformed TRIPLE ENTENTE in performing at "A Song for Bob" to raise funds for Mental Illness, after a dear friend from the Murrah days was lost to us.
So, it is only right that DREAMS & Wayne return to its spiritual home.
As always you can buy some famed Murrah Curries from 6.30pm followed by Music/Dance from 7.30pm. All Age & Family Friendly. BYO drinks!
Tickets On Sale Now Online for $37 + Transaction fee via Humanitix or $45 (Adult) / $40 (Concession) at the Gate.
Of our 2017 show Murrah Hall Prez, Howard Stanley said of the night "A great night's entertainment is all about synergy. the magic that occurs between performers and audience. With the Dreams Show, it was palpable - Inside, outside and onstage. Band and audience yelling between songs, in the breaks and after "How Good is This!" Yes!."
The band features a stellar lineup of international performing artists who have shared stages with Australia's Rock Royalty. Returning once more to bring Fleetwood Mac's iconic sound back to life. DREAMS delivers a raw, exhilarating performance that will keep the magic alive long after the final note.
Annette Zavesa, an original member and 2 x Murrah Hall performer, captivates audiences as the enigmatic Stevie Nicks. Dreams founder and visionary behind the show since 2016 Wayne Daniels, a veteran of Murrah Hall, skillfully portrays the artistic singer and guitarist, Lindsay Buckingham. Pete Rundle, also an original member, performs on the keys. The ensemble is further complemented by former members Kayne Butler on drums and Daniel Bruce on bass. Georgia Roper (New) is perfect as Christine McVie.
Together DREAMS delivers a raw, exhilarating performance that will keep the magic alive long after the final note. Don't miss this unforgettable journey!
