    Terminus NYE — Terms & Conditions By purchasing a ticket and/or attending Terminus NYE ("the Event"), you acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These conditions apply to all ticket holders, attendees, volunteers, crew, contractors, and visitors on site. **This is a PRIVATE, INVITE-ONLY EVENT.** ## 1. Private Event & Eligibility 1.1. Terminus NYE is a private gathering and is not a public event. 1.2. All ticket holders must have received an invitation directly from the event organisers or through an existing invited attendee. 1.3. This is an 18+ event for all ticket purchasers and general attendees. 1.4. Persons under 18 years of age may not purchase tickets or attend the event unless approved by the organisers as part of crew or contractor arrangements. 1.5. Under limited circumstances, children of crew or contractors may be present on site under direct supervision. These individuals are not attendees and are not permitted to participate in the event. 1.6. Valid government-issued photo identification may be requested upon entry. ## 2. Tickets & Entry 2.1. Tickets are valid only for the person named on the ticket. 2.2. Name transfers must be completed through Humanitix prior to arrival where possible. 2.3. If the named ticket holder is present at the gate, they may nominate another person to use the ticket at the organisers' discretion. 2.4. Fake, duplicated, fraudulent, or scalped tickets will not be accepted. 2.5. Event organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the event at any time, without refund, where considered necessary for the safety, wellbeing, or enjoyment of others. ## 3. Health & Safety 3.1. Do not attend if you are experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness or are otherwise unfit to safely participate. 3.2. Attendees must behave responsibly and look after themselves and those around them. Aggressive, dangerous, or antisocial behaviour may result in removal from the event. 3.3. You acknowledge that the event is held on private rural land and involves natural hazards including, but not limited to, uneven ground, mud, erosion, rocks, branches, insects, snakes, livestock, wildlife, dams, creeks, fences, farm equipment, and limited lighting at night. 3.4. You are responsible for your own safety at all times. 3.5. You voluntarily accept all risks associated with attending a remote outdoor event. ## 4. Alcohol & Prohibited Substances 4.1. This is a BYO alcohol event. 4.2. You are solely responsible for your own alcohol consumption and behaviour. 4.3. Intoxication is not an excuse for unsafe or inappropriate behaviour. 4.4. Any person deemed excessively intoxicated, unsafe, or a risk to themselves or others may be refused entry or removed from the event without refund. 4.5. Supplying alcohol to minors is strictly prohibited. 4.6. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on site. ## 5. Camping & Facilities 5.1. This is a self-sufficient camping event. Attendees are responsible for bringing sufficient camping equipment, food, drinking water, and personal supplies for the duration of their stay. 5.2. Camp only in designated camping areas. 5.3. Do not camp beneath dead or unstable trees or branches. 5.4. Fires of any kind are strictly prohibited, including campfires, fireworks, flares, candles, fire toys, and open flames. 5.5. Respect the land, neighbouring properties, venue owners, and all event infrastructure. 5.6. Do not enter buildings, sheds, vehicles, or any areas marked as private or out of bounds. 5.7. Drink only from taps or water sources clearly identified as potable. ## 6. Transport & Parking 6.1. Carpooling is strongly encouraged due to limited parking and camping space. 6.2. The access road is rural and weather conditions may affect accessibility. 6.3. The site is generally accessible by 2WD in favourable conditions; however, all attendees accept responsibility for ensuring their vehicle can safely enter and leave the property. 6.4. Park only in designated parking areas. 6.5. Speed limits and directions from event staff must be obeyed at all times. ## 7. Prohibited Items The following items are prohibited and may result in refusal of entry or removal from the event: * Glass containers * Pets or domestic animals * Fires, fireworks, flares, or open flames * Weapons or dangerous items * Illegal substances * Drones or other unauthorised aircraft Any attendee arriving with a pet may be refused entry without refund. ## 8. Behaviour & Conduct 8.1. Treat all attendees, volunteers, crew, contractors, venue owners, neighbouring residents, and the environment with respect. 8.2. Harassment, discrimination, violence, intimidation, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated. 8.3. Anyone whose behaviour endangers themselves or others may be removed from the event without refund. 8.4. All reasonable directions given by event organisers, crew, first aid personnel, security, or property owners must be followed. ## 9. Environment & Waste 9.1. Leave No Trace principles apply at all times. 9.2. Attendees are responsible for taking all rubbish, recycling, cigarette butts, and personal waste home unless otherwise directed. 9.3. Do not dispose of food scraps, rubbish, or wastewater in the bush. 9.4. Do not disturb wildlife, livestock, vegetation, or the natural environment. ## 10. Liability & Responsibility 10.1. By attending the event, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with camping, outdoor environments, loud music, lighting effects, and physical activity. 10.2. You attend entirely at your own risk. 10.3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organisers, volunteers, contractors, venue owners, and associated parties accept no liability for: * Personal injury, illness, or death * Loss, theft, or damage to personal property * Vehicle damage or recovery costs * Weather-related impacts * Accidents arising from attendee negligence 10.4. Hearing protection is recommended due to prolonged exposure to amplified music. 10.5. Strobe lighting, lasers, projection effects, haze, and smoke effects may be used during performances. 10.6. You remain responsible for your own wellbeing, property, equipment, and vehicle throughout the event. ## 11. Event Changes & Cancellation 11.1. Event organisers may modify schedules, artists, production elements, facilities, or site layout at any time. 11.2. The event may be postponed, suspended, or cancelled due to extreme weather, emergency, government direction, or circumstances beyond the organisers' reasonable control. 11.3. Refunds will be managed in accordance with the published ticketing policy and applicable Australian Consumer Law. ## 12. Photography & Media 12.1. By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for event documentation and promotional purposes. ## 13.
