Dress Up & Dance is an immersive evening of intention, adornment, creative play, music, movement and joyful self-expression. Each month we explore a new theme, inviting you to step beyond the roles of everyday life and embody a different aspect of yourself through costume, conscious movement and imagination.

Whether you arrive dressed in full costume, choose from our magical collection of dress-ups and handmade headpieces on the night, or simply add a few playful touches, you’ll be welcomed into a supportive space where there is no right or wrong way to express yourself.

Through guided meditation, an intentionally curated conscious dance journey and moments of reflection, you’ll be invited to awaken creativity, reconnect with your inner child, release self-consciousness and experience the freedom that comes from moving authentically.

Each theme becomes a doorway into a different quality of being—playfulness, courage, tenderness, wildness, joy, mystery, beauty or transformation. The costume isn’t about pretending to be someone else; it’s about giving hidden parts of yourself permission to be seen, felt and celebrated.
