Drive In Movie

Join us at our first ever drive-in movie on the banks of the Waimakariri River! Our screening takes place at Railway Reserve which is a hidden gem located on the Kaiapoi side of the Waimakariri River. Entrance to the event area will open at 5pm with the Princess Bride screening starting at 6.00pm. Vehicles can enter either via Doubledays Rd or from the main park entrance on Wrights Rd, (alongside the Challenge Petrol Station). Cyclists can enter the event space via the park cycling tracks.

There will be range of food available on site and reserved space (and speakers) up the front for those wanting to watch the movie on a picnic rug or camp chairs. This is an alcohol free event and we thank you in advance for respecting that. This is also a pet free event so please leave all four legged furry friends at home.

There will be NO gate sales on the night.
