Drones for Weed Control

Come and learn about agri-drone technology and how it can be applied to monitoring and spraying spiny rush and other weeds on farms. Guest speaker Geordie Elliot, GCL Agri Drones, will demonstrate (weather permitted) his drones and talk about the pros and cons of using this technology in different situations. We will have a look at a recently sprayed section of spiny rush along Muddy Creek.

Please wear clothes suitable for the weather and for walking through grassy paddocks near creek lines.
