We’re Gem & Cate, and we’re so excited to share our first event: Drop In, vol. 01 — a morning of intentional movement through yoga, breath and music from a live dj to help you reconnect with yourself, connect with others and have FUN.
You will be blending all the elements to create a natural high and the best part? no hangover.
This is movement as medicine.
So come...drop into your body. drop into your breath. drop into the music. drop into yourself.
Location will be announced friday evening- think nature, palm trees, greenery.
