A Meditation to be Still, Calm & Quiet
Join us for an hour of meditation to refresh, recharge and calm the mind, and send peace to the world. You will be guided to focus and experience peace and calm with meditation commentaries, soft music and silence.
All of our events are offered as a free service to the community. Contributions are welcome to support the running of the Centre.
