Drop-in Q&A: Adelaide University Benchmarking Surveys 2026

Following the recent announcement of Adelaide University's 2026 Botanic Garden Benchmarking Program, BGANZ members are invited to join a short online coffee chat to learn more about the Visitor Experience Survey and the new Operational Management Survey.

This informal 30-minute session will provide an opportunity to:

• Hear about the 2026 benchmarking program and what's new

• Learn how participating gardens are using benchmarking data to support planning and decision-making

• Ask questions about the surveys, methodology and reporting

• Discuss whether participation may be suitable for your garden
