Event description

What happens when you slow down and truly notice the world around you? Join INFTA-certified Forest Therapy Guide, Cerae Mitchell, for a 3-hour Forest Therapy and Nature Journaling experience that invites you to engage your senses, spark curiosity, and connect meaningfully with nature.

🌿 Engage in guided activities that foster relaxation and mindfulness.
🖋️ Explore nature journaling—a simple yet powerful way to deepen your awareness of nature through creative expression.
📓 An A6 journal and simple art materials are provided for your journaling experience.
🍵 Enjoy a tea ceremony to reflect and share in a small, supportive group.

No prior journaling or art experience is necessary—this is about observation, curiosity, and connection rather than creating "perfect" drawings or writing.

What is Forest Therapy?

✔ Reduce stress and anxiety

✔ Enhance focus, creativity, and connection
