Drop the Load. Remember You.
Description
Drop the Load. Remember You.
A thoughtfully guided wellness experience for mothers, led by two mental health professionals who are also moms.
Motherhood asks so much of us. Between caring for everyone else and carrying the invisible mental load, it's easy to lose sight of yourself beneath the responsibilities. This evening is an invitation to pause, reconnect with yourself, and remember you're not carrying it all alone.
Through guided conversation, therapeutic art making, personal reflection, and meaningful discussion, we'll create space to better understand the emotional realities of motherhood, reconnect with what matters most, and leave feeling seen, understood, and a little more like yourself.
No artistic experience or talent is necessary, and there is never any pressure to share more than feels comfortable.
Is this for me?
This evening may be a good fit if you...
feel like you're carrying more than anyone realizes.
miss feeling like yourself outside of motherhood.
are craving intentional time that's just for you.
long for meaningful conversation and authentic connection with other mothers.
Whether you're parenting a newborn or teenagers, all mothers are welcome.
