With a background in Gymnastics Coaching and Outdoor Instructing, I love to make people feel comfortable to push themselves to the next level, and learn something new! Could this be you?
I found out I had ADHD at 25, as a single mum of 2 under 4. The journey to find affordable, adrenaline filled exercise has taken me from Longboarding to Mountain Biking to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and so much more. A traditional gym has never been for me, yet exercise is a key well-being need and that's been a real challenge over the years. So I'm providing these fun and alternative fitness classes for others who might be like me!
When I'm not trying to get my next adrenaline rush, eating KFC, or replying to ADHD Facebook group posts, I'm an Entrepreneur - consulting and contracting in the Youth & Community Spaces doing things like feasibility studies, and building online assets to progress financially outside the box. I love growing myself & learning about business & networking.
