We're delighted to introduce a new wellness offering at Total Health Solutions: Dru Yoga with Teri Fox!
Join us every Tuesday evening from 6-7pm in June and July for an enriching Dru Yoga session, held in the THS gym.
What is Dru Yoga?
Dru Yoga is a gentle yet powerful form of yoga that focuses on soft, flowing movements, controlled breathing, and deep relaxation. It's designed to help you release tension, improve flexibility, and cultivate inner peace and harmony.
What to Bring:
To fully enjoy your Dru Yoga experience, we recommend bringing your own yoga mat and bolster if you wish. There are limited supplies of blankets and blocks available, so if you have these items, feel free to bring them as well.These props will enhance your comfort and support throughout the practice.
