Dru Yoga with Angeline — Sat 16 August
Event description
Join Angeline for a unique yoga experience.
Drawing from her Dru/Hatha Yoga roots and her Anatomy Trains myofascial training, this class blends gentle yang energy to stoke your Agni (inner fire), with slow flow sequences and revitalizing pranayama (breathwork). You'll also experience touches of yin, restorative asana and kriya, deep relaxation, and uplifting mantra to open the heart to joy and gratitude.
Come together in community as we ignite our inner light and gather yogic tools to sustain us through the quiet, introspective months of winter.
Your Guide - Angeline Ramsay
Angeline has spent 30 years in manual therapy, offering integrative massage and bodywork to a diverse clientele. Her interest in the spine and movement's role in healing led her to train as an ATSI Structural Integration therapist, helping clients reconnect with their bodies.
As an ATSI practitioner, Dru Yoga Teacher, and Dru Breath Coach, she fosters awareness of the MindBody connection, promoting flexibility, strength, and breath to enhance vitality and calm.
Her classes focus on fascial flow and structural integration, working with the body’s fascial lines to release blocked energy and create harmony. With extensive experience in health contexts, she welcomes individuals of all fitness levels.
