The NSW Government has now released its response to the Drug Summit Report. Like many of you, we have been sitting with a mix of emotions- pride in the movement we’ve built and frustration at missed opportunities to go further.
This moment is complex, but it’s also a turning point. And we want to face it together.
We’re hosting a special online briefing for our Fair Treatment community to walk through what the government has committed to, what’s been deferred, and what it means for real people and families across NSW.
This will be a chance to:
- Break down the response and understand the key decisions
- Hear what it means for diversion, treatment, and harm reduction
-Connect with others who care deeply about compassionate policy and saving lives
-Talk through next steps: because the campaign for reform is far from over!
