Event description

The creation of a drum is such a divine process. The connection between yourself and the drum that you craft begins with the intention to create

Join Jenn as she midwives you through the creation of a 15-inch, willow and kangaroo hide frame drum. Through circle and ceremony, you are offered the opportunity to explore your birth imprint through the creative process of birthing a sacred shamanic medicine drum.

Crafted and created, sometimes with ease and grace, sometimes with grit and tears, but crafted by your own hands. An ally and guide to you in life, in your medicine. Each drum unique. A knowing deep within our wombs, that the drum we craft is just as it's meant to be.

Jenn will introduce you to drum journeying, guiding you to meet the spirit of your animal and learn the magick of your drum. Through meditation, we connect with the spirit of your hoop, joining and connecting hoop and hide as one.

The lacing is threaded. Tightened. The drums are born. The drum creation is both a death and a rebirth. A woman and her drum.
