2025 Summer Series of Drumming for Carer Wellbeing

WHEN: Saturdays 2pm-3.30pm

WHERE: Studio in Colonel Light Gardens, South Australia

An invitation for carers to boost our wellbeing with Rhythm! Gather for some simple djembe drumming - come along for the drumming, discussions, companionship, laughter and stress-relief.

Facilitated by Cherie - an occupational therapist. 

Djembe drums are provided - so just bring yourself.
