Back by popular demand, come along and enjoy this last series of drumming sessions before the Christmas summer break! Rhythm is great for grounding ourselves and building our resilience. These sessions support wellbeing of mind and body....boost your wellbeing as we sail to year's end.
Book in for these 5 weekly sessions on Monday afternoons 2pm- 3pm at Enfield Community Centre. Participating regularly builds group cohesion and friendship. Talk to Cherie about mini-savings available with booking multiple classes.
Come along and learn simple hand drumming techniques in a small group. Have fun creating rhythms together. Evidence based and trained facilitator, Cherie, will bring the djembe drums and percussion instruments, and will facilitate the sessions including themes around social and emotional wellbeing.

Adults of all ages welcome. The building is accessible throughout with level entry from the car park, and accessible toilet facilities. We are seated to play the djembes. Please contact Cherie beforehand with any queries, and to discuss any particular support needs, as adaptations can often be developed with some prior notice. Up to two Companion Cards accepted per session.
