DRUMMING UP SOME FUN!!! Kids Drumming Program

Support your child's social & emotional development through this FUN & evidence based drumming & musical activity
Are you looking for an after school activity which will provide fun & engaging activities that your child enjoys, but also supports them to develop their self confidence, sense of self, and develop new connections & friendships?

GROOVE CONNECTIONS drumming programs are based around the DRUMBEAT & RHYTHM-2-RECOVERY models of drumming for social and emotional development. 
Programs have just the right mix of rhythmic games, laughs, reflective discussions, musical improvisation, team work, creative expression and .......FUN!!!  

Sessions gently explore topics like kindness, empathy, patience, team work, confidence, friendships etc and can be contextualised to the unique needs of the group.

The program is facilitated by GROOVE CONNECTIONS Primary facilitator - Carly Thomas, who uses her unique combination of skills & experience in community work & musicianship to lead programs which are engaging, uplifting and choc-a-bloc full of FUN & GROOVES!
