Booking fees are at the discretion of Humantix - 100% all the profits made from the booking fees go to their education project

• Early Bird general admission tickets are $8 + booking fees.
• General admission online and in person will be $10 + booking fees/card surcharge.
• Children 12 years old and under enter for free but must be accompanied by a general admission ticket holder at all times.

• Can I bring my children?
  • Children 12 years old and under enter for free but must be accompanied by a general admission ticket holder at all times. Please be advised that there will be no NSFW content but there may be light profanity.
• Can I bring cash?
  • General admissions tickets sales at the door will be card-only (ticket desk will be cashless). However, vendors may accept cash and/or card so we recommend bringing cash if you'd prefer to avoid surcharge.
    
• I booked the wrong date/time, what should I do?
  • Send us a email at duckduckartmarket@shikudesigns.com and we can help reschedule your booking.
• I need to cancel my ticket
  • If you end up needing to cancel your ticket(s), you can request a refund through the booking system and the ticket fee will automatically be refunded. However, please note that your booking fee will not be refunded. It may take 3-5 business days for the refund to reach your account.
