Perth’s award-winning brewery Bright Tank Brewing Co and RoyAl’s Chicken & Burgers are putting a twist on traditional high tea with the Dude Brunch series: the limited-time offering of a tiered tower of RoyAl’s ‘dude food’ and a trio of Bright Tank brews.
“Guys just wanna have fun, too” says RoyAl’s Ken Craigie. “We want to create an opportunity for men to come together in a relaxed environment with good food and drinks, and with any luck this may attract some of the High Tea ladies of Perth to try something new.”
On Sunday, 17th November 10.30am til 12.30pm at RoyAl’s Northbridge (258 William St, Northbridge WA 6000 ) venue, the Dude Brunches will replace cucumber finger sandwiches with a range of fried foods to share.
Jalapeno cheese croquettes, BLT Turkish rolls, sausage and egg muffins, classic waffles with maple syrup & whipped cream, cheesy bacon tots
Three schooners per person from the Bright Tank taps (non alcoholic alternatives available)
There’ll be no tea served, instead, guests will enjoy three schooners from the Bright Tank taps.
Available for groups of two or more.
