Enjoy a menu crafted by Gather Foods’ Executive Head Chef Eddie Bulatao, featuring native ingredients. Throughout the evening, Wuddi Aboriginal Cultural Tours will share stories of Country, the cultural significance of local bush foods, and artefacts discovered across the region, offering a deeper appreciation of Nyoongar culture and its enduring connection to food and place.
