Hosted at the iconic Mahjong restaurant in St Kilda, this dinner will combine two of the best things this world has to offer: Dumplings and Sparkling Wine.
Focusing on Rosé Sparkling Wines, we will discover five different sparklings, including Champagne from France, Sparkling from Tasmania, and other premium wines from all over the world. Let Kyla Kirkpatrick, aka The Champagne Dame, take you on a fascinating journey into the story of wine and champagne, unveiling the production methods of rosé sparkling wine and the story behind famous wineries and champagne houses.
Beautifully paired with our wine list, a series of dumplings and delicious Chinese dishes made by Majhong's Chef, that will embellish all rosé sparkling wines. Spend an evening filled with premium sparkling wine, exquisite food and lots of laughter!
