Calling all volunteers!
Join the exceptional team of Perth Intrepid Landcare as they protect the Leighton Beach dunes through brushing. Brushing is a wind and wave erosion protection method, by placing natural branches and material along the dunes, stabilising sand.
- DATE: Saturday 20 April 2025
- TIME: 12noon - 4pm (arvo session)
- MEET: Orange Box Café
As a thanks, we'll put on an awesome catered afternoon tea!
What to bring? Enclosed shoes, long sleeves, water bottle, and sun protection. Bring bathers if it's warm for a swim after!
