Father-daughter duet Mara and Peter Bodin bring rich harmonies to their original songs in this rare outing at the Coolroom.

Joined by special guest Jeremy Meaden on trumpet-flugelhorn, expect a night of beautifully crafted songs with laughter and the occasional tear woven into a dramatic soundscape

About

Mara and Pete Bodin have been singing together since her birth and delight in pushing each other to new heights and rich harmonies.  Performing original songs and trading lead vocals they bring that elusive family vocal quality that adds another dimension to the music.

They have been performing as part of the Castlemaine based six piece ‘Peter and the Wolves’ for the past 6 years and have graced the stage at the Coolroom many times.

But this night, they will appear at the Coolroom as a vocal duet with special guest Jeremy Meaden on trumpet and flugelhorn. Expect a night of beautifully crafted original songs full of pathos, humour and theatre with storytelling and charm at the forefront.
