Dusk journey - A form&flow event in collaboration with wattle bank farm.

'Dusk Journey' is a special sunset retreat night to empower and transition the energy of seasons to gift yourself this April long weekend.  

Join Jordan (Yoga teacher), Molly (Breath & Pilates MVMT), & Beatrice (Founder of Wattle Bank Farm & host) for a nourishing and restorative 3-hour DUSK journey that explores the subtle energies of the body, farm surrounds and the power of healing horses that reflect this season.

Autumn provides us with an opportunity to slow down, restore, and move within. This practice is designed to soothe and calm your nervous system feeling gentle with passion and purpose. Be immersed within the community with a sequence of events including Breath-work, Yoga movement into Yin & Mindful Pilates sequence where we will concluded the evening with a cacao ceremony and meditation with the horses. Between body movement and the closing circle, enjoy warm chai & cacao with nourishing snacks giving you a chance to connect together as a community. 

Stay a little longer..... and enjoy access in pairs or on on your own in a candle lit sauna overlooking the paddocks.
Think Autumn colours on the property, cosy blankets, hot mugs, nature sounds and the crackling of an open fire.

Our past events have been incredibly inspiring, and we gift you something little as a thank-you for being apart of our ongoing journey as teachers and curators. 

**In the case the the weather is expected to rain, we will host the event in the Atrium and other indoor special areas.
**We suggest come with layers and extra blankets.
**BYO yoga mat and any supportive props. Blocks & bolsters will be provided. 
**Please arrive at 2:50pm.
