Dying to Know Day Expo

'We are all impacted by death in our lives. It might be for the people we love, or it might be our own.' 

So if it happens to all of us, how do we make this tough time easier, and how can we plan for a good end of life? 

Let’s talk about the process and what you can do. Come to our FREE expo where you can:

• hear from local services and organisations, including funeral celebrants, the SWSLHD palliative care service, Ambulance NSW, bereavement services, solicitors and more,
• learn about advance care planning, how to make a will, the differences between burial and cremation, how to plan a funeral etc.
• get free showbags, information and resources in various languages on how we can plan for end of life.
• have light refreshments and a chance to win a free prize.

When: 10am - 3pm, Thursday 08 August, 2024 

Where: Yagoona Community Centre (176D Cooper Rd, Yagoona NSW 2199)

A free shuttle bus is available for residents living in the Bankstown Canterbury area. Call Bankstown Canterbury Community Transport on 9772 4928 to bring you to the venue and back home!
