Dying to Know Day (D2KD) is designed to encourage all Australians to develop new knowledge and attitudes about how to deal with death, dying and bereavement and support each other at the end of life.
Hosted by Barwon Health and sponsored by Western Victoria Primary Health Network and Kings Funerals, join our panel of experts who will present to you the aims of D2KD and participate in an interactive Q&A session.
