International Radiations w/ Bufiman, JNETT & Mim Suleiman

As the hypnotic heat begins to settle over our city, whispering of what might be a somewhat apocalyptic summer, we have the rare pleasure of offering not one, not two, but three grade-A outta towners for an exercise in International Relations

These three in the form of German esoteric digger/musical polymath Bufiman and the rare pairing of Tanzanian musical ambassador of space afrobeat Mim Suleiman and Australian house legend DJ Jnett, who will be performing together for one of only two shows in the country, with Mim making her Meanjin debut.

It’s going to be an absolute musical melting pot, as sounds collide and converge to form a unique sonic gumbo seasoned to absolute perfection. Bufiman will be bringing tribal rhythms, cosmic tones and breakbeat wizardry, while the Godmother (Jnett) sprinkles in her deep love of house history, while teaming up with Mim Suleiman to deliver a truly unique live set of deep audience participation and some of the wildest, funkiest takes on afro we have ever heard in our lives.

On support will be local don, and the brains/heart/head honcho of Black Bear Lodge that is Aidan Beiers!
