E3 (Entrepreneurial Educator Exchange) powered by Young Change Agents brings you a Day Out in the Barossa Experience from 9am - 4:30pm on Saturday 3rd of September, 2022.
Join the native Australian food revolution and celebrate Indigenous culture in the picturesque Barossa Valley wine region where you’ll be joined by fellow educators from E3 and the broader entrepreneurial ecosystem to network and enjoy a day out together in the Barossa Valley.
Hosted by Rogasch Cottage and Indigenous-owned Warndu Foods, this ‘bring the Barossa to you’ gourmet experience will showcase some of Barossa Valley's most innovative and dynamic wineries from across the region.
Agenda for the day (your ticket is all inclusive of all food, drinks and transport to and from the venue)
- 9am - Bus Departs from Hindmarsh Square
- 10am - Arrival at Rogasch Cottage & Welcome to Country
Starting with a welcome to country, you will be treated to a deliciously entertaining and sensory experience to get introduce to the venue, the land, and the culture of the area with herbal tea on arrival and a cocktail and tea blending station featuring local flavours (strawberry gum and peppermint gum). Plus view paintings from local artists that will be on display. - 10:30am - Roving Restaurant (across multiple locations)
We'll introduce you to the roving restaurant, a ten-course gourmet food and wine experience with locally-focussed and traditionally-inspired food provided by Warndu Foods and wine provided by a variety of local wineries. At each stop in the experience, you will have the opportunity to hear from the providers, learn their stories and discover more about the food and drinks that you will be consuming. - 1pm - Cellar Door Networking
To add to the wonder of this event, you will be given the opportunity to participate in a cellar-door networking event, which will provide you with the chance to meet some passionate educators and professionals who really care about promoting entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial education. - 2:15pm - Toasted Marshmallows Around the Fire
To close out the afternoon join a campfire session with toasted wattle seed marshmallows while learning about connecting to country, then plant some native trees on the grounds together to truly help tie together all the magic of the day and provide a contribution back to country. - 3pm - Bus Departs back to Adelaide
The first stop is to the Adelaide domestic airport arriving at approximately 4pm and then back to Hindmarsh Square in Adelaide city.

Important Information: Your ticket includes pickup from Adelaide CBD and drop off at two locations: Adelaide Airport or Adelaide CBD. This event is for 18+ year-olds and is designed as a networking day, however, we ask guests consuming alcohol to drink responsibly and be mindful of their peers.
