    + 2024.....Global Flare

E3 2024 will also host five schools that are successful in receiving the Young Change Agents Global Scholarship, they will share their experiences and expertise in Entrepreneurial Education in their country's region, adding a global flare to this year's unconference.

    DATES:

    • Thursday 31 Oct + Friday 1 November - E3 UNCONFERENCE
    • Thursday 31 Oct E3 UNCONFERENCE DINNER
    • Saturday 2 NOV - E3 BIG DAY OUT

    THURSDAY OCT 31 + FRIDAY 1 NOV - E3 UNCONFERENCE | $450

As schools across the country and globally navigate the challenges and opportunities of introducing and embedding entrepreneurial models and systems into schools and the community, sharing experiences and achievements in Entrepreneurial Education is paramount.

E3 2024 will bring together 60 educators, principals and school leaders from across the country and globally for a unique Unconference that will build on the work at the inaugural Entrepreneurial Educators Exchange in Adelaide 2022 and E3 for Leaders in 2023.

Hosted at the new University of Tasmania, Inveresk Campus in Launceston with our host school Principals, Mark Gleeson from Cressy District High School and Vicki Mackrill from Launceston College.

E3 2024 is delivered in partnership with Margaret O’Brien, CoFounder & CEO and Dr Renae Jones, National Educator-in Residence at Young Change Agents, this event will provide participants with evidence, strategies and practical steps in navigating and embedding entrepreneurial education.

So what exactly is an "Unconference"?

Think of a reverse conference where the attendees ARE the experts. Each attendee will be able to put forward topics to share with other attendees. Topics will be voted on and selected by the attendees.

Powered by Young Change Agents and in partnership with the Tasmanian Principals Association (TPA) and Mat Grining, TPA President and education system advocates, this event will bring together educators and leaders from around the country and globally to propel entrepreneurial education into the future of every school. This will be a hands-on event that aims to generate undoubtable value for every participant.

E3 2024 will also feature local guest speakers and experiences across our four themes:  Digital + Industry, Equitable Access, Resilience, and Sustainability as well as the opportunity to meet Launceston Youth Entrepreneurs and a chance to sample and purchase their products!

Our goal is nothing less than systems change across state, national, and global level and we’re truly excited by the possibilities.

"From our island's harvest, straight to your table" "We’ve met each farmer, each maker, each talented Tasmanian who brings something extraordinary to an ever-changing list of dishes."

    Your Chef, Thomas Pirker
Since stepping into our kitchen as Head Chef, Thomas has again been meeting and greeting all our local farmers and producers, greatly spurred on by his love for creating community connections and exploring creative approaches to cooking.
