About E3 2027
The Entrepreneurial Educator Exchange (E3) Unconference 2027 brings together educators, school leaders and partners from across Australia for three days of collaboration, conversation and fresh thinking about the future of learning.
Unlike traditional conferences, E3 is an unconference, meaning participants shape the agenda. Instead of listening to presentations all day, you will take part in participant-led discussions and workshops that explore real challenges and opportunities in education today.
We will announce the Unconference theme in November, 2026.
With previous years focused on creating a vision for entrepreneurial education in Australia, creating a leadership framework for entrepreneurial education and sharing global perspectives, for the chosen theme - showcasing the power of entrepreneurial education to transcend classroom walls and give real-world experience to young people. Partners will join for select sessions as we look to what's possible in 2027 and beyond to amplify student agency and learner engagement.
Across the three-day experience, you will take part in unconference sessions, connect with educators and leaders from across the country, attend the E3 community dinner and explore Melbourne's social enterprise ecosystem.
If you are passionate about student agency, real-world learning and shaping the future of education, E3 is your opportunity to connect, collaborate and leave with practical ideas you can bring back to your school.
Our Entrepreneurial Schools 2026-2027 will be in attendance, facilitating workshops on the impact of the project entrepreneurial education at their schools and communities.

FAQs
- Accommodation and Travel Arrangements
All accommodation and travel are to be arranged independently. Young Change Agents will provide a list of suggested accommodation and negotiated room rates. We recommend arriving Wednesday evening as we kick off at 830am Melbourne time on Thursday and you don't want to miss anything!
If you would like to share an AirBNB apartment with fellow same-sex educators (bedroom and bathroom each person) please email us at hello@youngchangeagents.com and we will buddy you up! In previous years, many educators have done this and have made great friendships this way!
Please note: The Social Good Morning Bus will make a stop at Melbourne airport by 2pm for those wanting to return home late Saturday evening.
