Wanslea partners with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) to deliver the Early Childhood Approach. The Early Childhood Approach supports families of children under 6 years' who may have a developmental concern, or delay, and children under 9 years who have a permanent disability.
Wanslea invites you to join this free online information session to learn more about the Early Childhood Approach. It has been tailored for professionals working in the early years sector, it may be relevant for you if you are an Early Childhood teacher, educator, or you support young children who may have a developmental delay or disability. The information in this session may also be relevant to you if you support a child or student with a current NDIS plan.
This information session will cover the following:
- Wanslea and their role as the Early Childhood Partner in the Community to the NDIS
- The aim of the Early Childhood Approach
- Best Practice Principles for Early Childhood Intervention
- Early Childhood Approach pathways of support and eligibility
- How to refer a child or student
