Earth, Air and Ether - Elemental Sound Series

Everything in nature is made up of five basic elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether (Space). 

Knowledge of these elements allows us to understand the laws of nature and how to attain greater awareness, health and happiness. Each element holds a specific key for our self-care.

Join Emily and Kylie on an immersive journey through three of the main elements (Earth, Air and Ether) where they will share their own learnings and uniquely tailored elemental sound experiences designed to bring your mind, body and soul back into balance.

If you want to develop a deeper connection with yourself and the natural world around you, this workshop series is for you!

What to expect:

• Learn simple but powerful personal practices that can be easily incorporated to create harmony in your world.
• Enjoy a 90 minute immersive sound experience designed to tune your mind, body and soul with the (Earth, Air or Ether) element.
• Time for reflection, rest and relaxation.
• Nourishing grazing platter and teas.
• Community and connection.

Where and when:

• Earth: Sat 16th September
• Air: Sat 21st October
• Ether: Sat 2nd December

All sessions run from 10am to 1pm at Inspiration Space in Inglewood.

We highly recommend booking all three workshops! However, if you can only make one or two that’s ok too!

What to bring:

• Yoga mat
• Pillow/cushion
• Blanket
• Notebook or journal and pen
• Water bottle

Tickets are non-refundable. Cancellations with a valid reason earlier than 48 hours prior to the event will be eligible for a ticket transfer to a future event. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-transferable, but you may gift your ticket to a friend or sell it to someone else.
