This is a full-day experience designed to nourish your mind, body, and soul. 

Here’s what’s included:

🥾 A guided hike up a creek through the Gold Coast Hinterland to a waterhole.

👙 A cold plunge in a beautiful waterhole(optional)

🍽️ Delicious food to fuel your body

🎨Therapeutic Art for the Soul by The Worth Collective

🤎 A sharing circle to close the day with intention

What you will need:

🥾 Good footwear and appropriate clothes to hike in. You might get wet

👙 Swimmers and a towel for the cold plunge

👚 Warm clothes to put on afterwards

🤍A yoga mat and or blanket so you're comfortable during the day

☀️ Sun protection 

🚰 Water 

🌺 An open mind, great attitude and a smile :)
