Earth & Eros: A Women's Nature Retreat

Welcome beautiful sister! 🌿 Come journey into deep connection with other women, your untamed self, and Mama Earth.

This retreat is an invitation to show up exactly as you are and be celebrated for doing so. It is about realness, however that feels to you, and expansion of your true self expression. We're gathering together with the intention to fully be seen and held by each other and the Earth, and create genuine soul bonds.

Over three days, we will explore the edges of our wildness, let our inner child play, soften into our sensuality, and connect with the wisdom of the land.

🌻 What we will do together:

• Nature-connection practices, slowing down and rekindling our relationship with Mother Earth
• Embodied movement—primal expression, Inner child silliness, and sacred sensual dance
• Partnered heart connection, conscious touch, and simply being held 
• Pleasure centred activities and understanding the role of pleasure in our daily lives 
• Connect around the campfire with musical instruments and play
• Free time to make art, dip in the swimming hole, enjoy an outdoor bath, or bask in the beauty of the land!

• All meals — Healthy & grounding foods catering to all dietary needs
• Clean drinking water
• Comfortable bathroom facilities — flushable toilet, hot shower, sink 
• Kitchen & dining facilities
• Swimming hole
• Outdoor bath with hot water — bath salts available!
• Indoor chill out space with lounges, games, spaces to relax

🏕 What to bring:

• Tent, pillow, sleeping bag
• Comfy clothes - pack for hot and cold weather
• Torch
• Swimmers (nude swimming also welcome as this is a private site!)
• Toiletries
• Something to wear for sensual dance that makes you feel amazing (Whether that's trackies, lingerie, or anything in between!)
• Journal and pen for reflections (Optional)
• Camping chair (Optional)
