Earth Frequency Festival is a music, arts, lifestyle and environmental festival. based in South-East Queensland, Australia, with a strong focus on arts, education, healing and community spirit, While drawing from many cultural niches such as transformational festival, tribal gathering, doof and boutique festival, the aim of Earth Frequency Festival is to go beyond these traditional tags and to exist as a multi-faceted gathering focused broadly on creativity, community, connection, intention and inspiration.

• If you prefer to pay in instalments, ZIP Pay ($1,500 transaction limit) and Afterpay ($2,000 transaction limit) are available through Humanitix.
• We love our festival families! Kids 0-12 enter free of charge. Teenagers 13-17 can purchase a youth ticket at the gate for $200. (Minors must be accompanied by a legal parent/guardian, or have a written note of consent to attend from a legal parent/guardian and attend with an adult over the age of 18 years.)

• If you can no longer attend for any reason and want to sell your ticket, you can list it for sale on our official ticket reseller platform Tixel.
• Name changes are available - purchase a name change and then email hello@earthfrequency.com.au with the information for the new ticket name.

Important Ticket Information

E-Tickets
For our 2024 festival edition, we are selling tickets through Humanatix, using an E-Ticket system.  This E-Ticket system will make it easy for you to digitally store your ticket, print out if you want a physical version, and re-issue the ticket if you accidentally lose your ticket.  You will need to bring your ticket printed out or on a mobile device to be scanned at the Front Gate for entry to the festival. 

Ticket Resales
If you can no longer attend the festival and want to sell your ticket, please list it for sale on our official ticket reseller platform Tixel.

Photo ID / Entry
When entering the festival, you must bring your Photo ID to verify you are the ticket owner, and the name on your ticket must exactly match the name on your photo ID.  If you do not have photo id which matches the name on your ticket, you will not be permitted to enter the festival using that ticket. This is a protection measure to avoid theft and duplication of e-tickets.  The only possible delegation of tickets is if the ticket owner has multiple tickets in their own name, they may delegate their additional tickets to people in the same vehicle at the scanning point.

Vehicle Passes
As part of our efforts to reduce the festival's environmental footprint, promote car pooling and reduce the amount of traffic on the roads, there is a $50 vehicle pass fee. This vehicle pass replaces our voluntary, per-person carbon-offset donation, and additionally the income raised from this vehicle pass fee will go towards covering traffic management costs, supporting local environmental outcomes, and contributing to our road safety programs in the interests of a safe and sustainable festival.

Tickets for Children
Children aged 0-12 are granted free access to the festival. We love having a family friendly environment at the festival and this is our gesture towards making it easier for families to attend.  To participate in the Family Realm activities for kids, a family realm pass per child is required, see below.  Youth tickets for 13-17 years old are $200 and will be available at the gate. Please bring proof of age for any children attending to ensure access to free entry or discounted youth tickets.

Ticket Security
Please be aware that ticket scammers are prolific and take advantage of events like Earth Frequency Festival, with tickets being offered at lower prices on social media including as comments on our official posts and on websites like marketplace, ebay and gumtree. The only way to be sure of getting a legitimate ticket is to purchase your ticket through our Humanitix ticket page or our official ticket reselling platform Tixel. Second hand ticket sales always carry some risk and Earth Frequency Festival will not be able to assist if you fall victim to a fake ticket seller.
