Come walk bare foot with us in the forest. Connect with the land and to your spirit. 

The flowing waters are calling us home.

To the Highest self, the Soul, the intuition, the one who knows all the answers. 

We are being called back for a moment of stillness. 

Connection. 

Love. 

Unity. 

During this nourishing day retreat together we will realign with our inner wisdom. Our innate power. Dropping all veils of perception and becoming one with the land and self.

The forest is calling us.

Through sacred practices such as : 

• Alter building

• Forest painting

• Voice activation

• Intuitive poetry

• Purification 

• Feminine embodiment dance

• Shamanic energy/ sound healing

We will walk barefoot along the land, rocks and bathe our feet in the natural flowing waters. Cleansing the body and purifying the mind. Free from all limitations.

This will be truly special ❤️

What to bring: 

• Yoga mat

• Light blanket 

• Plate of food to share

• Journal + pen 

• Water bottle 

• Towel ( to dry feet after purification) 

Parking 

Please park on the left hand side of the bottom of Macquarie pass ( Cascade Falls).

We will meet in the car park next to the gate and walk a short distance together. 

If there’s not enough parking spaces the right hand side is fine to park but please walk across the road. 

Be sure to allow time to arrive on time so we can walk together. There is no reception there so if you’re late you may miss us!
