Earth Stewards

Nature-Based Mindfulness & Leadership Course

An 8-week experiential journey for deep inner work and outer action. Develop personal and ecological awareness and care for nature. Examine social, systemic and cultural contexts within the ethics of Eco-Dharma. Cultivate purposeful and wise action and systems of support for the sacred living world. Realise that care and healing of yourself and the earth are the exact same act.

Reclaim Your Ground.

We live in a culture of constant acceleration, where our attention is often fragmented, our nervous systems are overstimulated, and a quiet sense of disconnection from ourselves and the living earth settles in. When we carry the weight of an unfolding meta crisis alongside the pressure of keeping up with modern life, burnout isn't a personal failure; it is a systemic symptom.

Earth Stewards is an invitation to step out of the rush and re-anchor into the wisdom and sacredness of nature.

Over 8 weeks, this course offers a sanctuary to regulate your nervous system, discover nature-based tools to heal yourself and support others, and unpack the root causes of systemic harm. Together, we will transform eco-anxiety and exhaustion into clear purpose, insight and inspiration to develop your own actionable, grassroots regenerative project or support an existing one. The Eco-dharma Approach

Waking Up (Grounding in Mindful Awareness): Re-anchoring in somatic presence, the senses, and the immediate living land.

Transforming Separation (Cultivating the Connected Heart): Meeting eco-anxiety, grief, and burnout with deep compassion, resilience, and emotional honesty.

Interconnectedness (Interbeing & Impermanence): Seeing through the illusion of isolation to experience our deep ecological interdependence with all life.

Wise Action (Regeneration & Reciprocity): Translating insight into active hope, eight interconnected habits to live a wise, kind, and focused life, and regenerative care for community and Earth.
