Our journey will be connection to nature and the elements.

Together we will transverse realms and open up to our own inner stillness. Connecting to our inner world. One of truth, unconditional love and knowing. 

Opening with sacred circle connection, gentle breathwork, meditation, shamanic energy healing and sound we will release old patterns and invite the new. Awakening the inner truth.
