A brief overview:

Blue Lotus (nymphaea caerulea) is said to be native to the Swana region - Upper Egypt, originated in the Nile. It is widely recognised and revered across various ancient cultures including Egypt, Tibet, Thailand and Greece. Blue lotus has been seen incorporated in ancient Mayan art and temples.

Blue Lotus is traditionally known to be a gateway to the divine, to promote a sense of peace and heightened awareness.

Blue lotus is an adaptogen said to have similar medicinal properties to ginkgo leaves, supporting with stress relief, relaxation and sleep. It has been used for centuries as an aphrodisiac and said to promote youthful skin due to its antioxidants and flavonoids.
