Event description
Join us for two inspiring events organised and hosted by Grounding the Spirit.
Friday Presentation: Friday the 26th of September 7:30pm-9:pm @OranaSteinerSchool, Overture Hall
“Every atom in your body came from a star that exploded. You are all Stardust.”
Lawrence Krauss, Physicist and Cosmologist
Is nutrition more than just the food we consume? In this presentation, Irmhild will explore how the greater environment is part of human nutrition which we “digest” through our senses, including sight, hearing as well as taste and touch.
Saturday Workshop: Saturday the 27th of September 2pm-4pm @OranaSteinerSchool, Overture Hall
Materialistic science conceives the heart as a machine which pumps blood in the circulatory system, but is this a complete understanding. In this talk/workshop, Irmhild will delve into the life force or energy which creates, builds and nourishes the heart - in fact the whole human organism. Through words, images and movement exercises, we will explore the mysteries of the human heart.
