Ongoing Skill Building Supervision

In response to clients’ request for continued learning, support and feedback, VISIONS has Ongoing Skill Building (formerly Peer Supervision) courses for individuals and small groups who have taken the PACE Level I training.

In Ongoing Supervision, participants:

• Explore specific personal and organizational challenges around inclusion.
• Practice applying core tools and facilitation skills to these challenges.
• Deepen their learning of worldview theory, group identity, and cooperative problem-solving.
• Challenge personal unconscious biases within a cooperative peer context.

Timing

The scheduled dates are January 10, April 4, and July 11. These sessions will take place from:

• 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM & 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM EST
• 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM & 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM PST

Fee

The fee for this workshop (four total sessions) is $2,000.00 for new participants, $1,600.00 for returning participants. Space is limited and we strongly urge early enrollment.
