Description

Sundays are for you and your dog — a chance to slow down, breathe, and enjoy the simple joy of being outdoors together. Pop on the lead, slip on your shoes, and join us for a gentle wellness walk and connect around the stunning perimeter of Ōmana Regional Park.

This is your moment to switch off from life and switch on to nature. Wander through fresh coastal air, beautiful scenery, and peaceful open spaces while connecting with likeminded dog owners who value wellness, community, and time with their dogs.

Along the way, professional dog trainers will be there to share helpful skills, confidence building tips, and wellness insights to support both you and your dog. It’s relaxed, friendly, and designed to help you feel restored — far away from the rush of the city.

A Sunday spent connecting, learning, breathing, and enjoying the company of good people and good dogs.

Extend the wellness switch off for you both with a visit to see Dave’s Raw Dog Food stall for a natural dog food and treat top up, and for those Pooches wanting a little fashion wellness support a local fave - Puchi a luxury shop in Clevedon village with great apparel for your dog (this is where Dave’s winter coats can be found)

All dogs registered for the East Auckland Dog Walk & Connect will receive a gift from Dave!

We have a dog community photographer joining us for the day to capture those paw-fect moments

This is an on-lead event

Donations for Pet Refuge will be collected on the day so, please bring your donations to pop in the bucket
