Join us for a construction stage site tour of this EnerPHit project at East Lindfield.

This large double brick home is being bought into the 21st century. The original building is now air tight with all the details still on show while the new addition is well underway. Window install will be underway too.This is a great chance to see how a passivhaus retrofit (ENERPHIT) can be done and to ask the team behind it all the questions you have.The address will be shared by email the day before the event.

This Enerphit is proudly a "Passivhaus Design Construct" project in collaboration with architects Envirotecture and builders Red Cedar Constructions. The teams will be there to host the tours and answer all your questions about upgrading existing homes to meet Passivhaus standards!

Please note this is a Construction Site, so you will not have access to the entire property, and must follow instructions and abide by safety precautions.
