Easter Introduction to Breathwork - Online

Heard about breathwork and keen to give it a go?
This will be an introduction to breathwork where you will have the opportunity to experience a breathwork journey from the comfort of your own home.
I'm John van Huenen. A trauma-informed Breathwork facilitator, trained by Owaken Breathwork.

This session will be 90 minutes long.
We will begin with the Breathwork journey in which John will be guiding you into an altered state of consciousness with the power of your breath. We will end the hour of breathwork with a guided meditation to support integration.

Please do not drink alcohol or take drugs at least 24 hours before the session. You will be gently guided through the whole process.
Please have the following ready:
- Yoga mat or something to lie on
- Water Bottle
- Notebook and Pen
- Blanket
And dress comfortably
Find somewhere to enjoy the call where you won't be interrupted for the 90 minutes.
If you suffer from seizures, blood pressure or diabetes or are currently taking any heart medications or antidepressants, this workshop may not be suitable for you.
