Easter Cookie Workshops

Learn the art of Royal Icing in this fun beginners-intermediate class.

Hosted by local cake & cookie decorator Nisa Stone of Mud & Sugar.

Nisa is a self taught cookie decorator and has been making cookies for over 6 years. Royal Icing cookies are her passion & favourite thing to make. With an eye for detail and love of colour, cute characters & fun florals, cookies have become something that she now feels excited to share with others.

In this class, each student will decorate 12 Easter cookies, while learning different royal icing techniques.

Held over 3 hours, at Good Earth Bookshop in Wentworth Falls.

Time: 4:30pm-7:30pm.

Cost $140 per person

All materials & tools are provided.

Cookies will be pre baked.

They contain gluten, eggs & dairy.

What to wear: something comfortable, maybe an apron as you may get messy.

What you receive:

•Detailed instruction of Royal Icing techniques & mixing, enabling you to create the perfect consistency for piping.

•A take home booklet with instructions on mixing.

•A vanilla sugar cookie recipe.

•A scribe tool to keep

•12 cookies decorated by you & boxed.
