CO-CREATING MAGIC THROUGH SERVICE

To foster a sense of community togetherness and keep ticket prices accessible, each adult ticket includes a 2-hour contribution of your time in service the people and the event. The hours are not tracked, but are offered freely, motivated by a spirit of generosity and connection - should your energy to contribute be available to give.

This collaborative effort helps to create a space where everyone plays a vital role in shaping the festival’s energy. Whether you offer to volunteer on festival duties or facilitate a workshop - your unique talents and offerings are an invaluable part of the experience. Together, we will co-create a festival that leaves everyone feeling nourished, uplifted and held.

Let’s make this a gathering like no other, where the unexpected is the only expectation. Unbound, yet deeply grounded with infinite possibilities!

LOCATION

Castle Mountain is located just 1hr and 15mins (60kms) northwest of Sydney CBD or 2hrs from Gosford. 

We have exclusive use of this pristine, natural bush environment which is situated right on Webbs Creek - perfect spot to swim, play in the sand and relax by the water.

ACCESS TO CAMP

Every type of vehicle can easily access the site. There is a car ferry crossing at Wisemans, this has a max 5 tonne load.

ACCOMMODATION

CAMPING
Camping is included in the ticket price - You can choose where you want to camp upon arrival at the festival. Tents, Vans, Travel trailers, Pop-up campers, Class A RVs, Class B RVs, and cars are all allowed. You must be self-sufficient, there is no plug in power or water for campers or caravans.

OPTIONAL - BASIC CABINS - DORMS
There are 10 basic cabins that have aircon (night use only) available for upgrading. These can be booked individually in dorm style (4 people per cabin) or you can book a whole cabin (can squeeze 8 people). See photos below.

Additional per person price for 3 nights in Basic Cabin:
    Bed in Dorm $40
    Book whole Dorm $160

LEAVE NO TRACE

This is a leave no trace event, which means taking everything you brought with you home. This includes your general rubbish, anything you bought onsite as well as any broken items (tents, chairs etc).

MUSICAL ITEMS

Drums, guitars, tambourines or spoons... If you love making a sound with it, bring it! We will have drumming and music every night and jams during the day.

100% OF BOOKING FEE PROFITS GO TO CHARITY

That's right, Humanitix send 100% of profits to charities. 

This is a not-for-profit event. Any money left over will be given to a land that council temporarily shut down who normally holds gathering like these.

RAIN, HAIL OR SHINE

This event will go ahead rain, hail or shine. Should you not be able to attend, you can change the name holder of your ticket in your account.

HELD ON DARUG LAND

We acknowledge the traditional owners of the land on which we hold the gathering. We recognise and celebrate the ongoing connection between land, sky, water and community and the beauty and strength of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, with deep respect for the ongoing traditions of health knowledge and treatment which have been practiced for generations.
